Loved this as a kid....today it'd most likely be banned by the nanny state...small parts...in my day we were told not to put things in our mouths...wse might choke and we weren't stoopid enough to actually do it and see if mom and dad were right!!! Tinker Toys, Erector sets, Chemistry sets, Lincoln Logs and American Bricks...just those five tyoys gave us hourts of enjoyment over a whole span of years...they didn't become obsolete in just weeks or months as the latest phones and tablets do today...

I agree Bob! What else did you need if you had those?

This lonely item here deserves a post. Along with Lincoln Logs, an Erector Set and a building bricks set, it was among my favorite toys.
